Business administrator with a specialization in International Economics and Competitive Intelligence. With over 20 years in the industry, he has served as Market Intelligence Manager at Hamburg Süd, Director of Analysis at Datamar Consulting, Advisor at Ibramerc, and Columnist for Guia Marítimo. As a consultant, he has led strategic projects for private companies, terminals, insurers, public entities, and logistics operators.

Graduated in English Language Teaching from PUC/RS, Robert began his career at maritime agencies such as Wilson Sons, Orion, and Lachmann. He was responsible for bringing China Shipping to Brazil and served as Commercial and Executive Director at the Port of Itajaí. He has participated in sector associations and in the Port Authority Councils of Itajaí, Imbituba, and São Francisco do Sul. As a consultant, he supports public and private companies, insurers, carriers, and port terminals.

Henrik began his career in Germany as a trainee at Hamburg Süd, where he developed a solid trajectory, eventually becoming Commercial Director in Brazil. He played a key role in the containerization of cargo along the Brazilian coast and, since 2003, has focused on refrigerated cargo. As a consultant, he advises several companies in the segment with deep technical and strategic knowledge.

Graduated in International Relations, Ana has worked for over 10 years in market intelligence applied to shipping and foreign trade. She was Market Intelligence Manager at Inchcape Shipping Services, where she established a new department focused in growth and strategic positioning.

Economist with an MBA in Strategic Intelligence, she has worked in economic research at FIPE and in Market Intelligence at Deicmar and Vix Logística. She entered the tech field as a Full Stack Web Developer at a tech startup. After studying Data Science and combining her new knowledge in technology with her background in intelligence and port logistics, she is now part of the Solve team as a Developer and Data Analyst.
